All Happy Hollow Glass is handcrafted & properly annealed to ensure only the highest quality work gets shipped – Creation of each piece is a multi-step process taking a minimum of 24 – 36 hours.
Ready to Ship items will leave Happy Hollow within 1-3 BUSINESS days.
Made to order items will be created in the order they are received. Annealed, inspected, packaged and shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS days of purchase. (Allow additional processing time during the seasonal rush, November thru January)
ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS MUST select Priority Shipping. Standard USPS First Class mail does NOT include insurance or any protection against loss or damage.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please contact happyhollowglass@gmail.com for a custom invoice requesting priority shipping. International orders completed directly on this site, selecting only international first-class option, are not insured or protected from loss or damage replacement.
